What we store
Your name, email and a secure password hash; your conversations; the documents you share in Chat (kept privately so you can view them later); the records you approve; your accounts, budgets, audits and reports.
Who can see it
Only you. Every page, file and answer is limited to your own account. Documents are never publicly reachable.
How answers are prepared
To answer a question, SOHAYOK uses only the small, verified summary needed for that question — never your password. When smart assistance is unavailable, answers are prepared from your records alone.
What we never ask for
Bank PINs, OTPs, card security codes or online-banking logins. SOHAYOK does not connect to bank accounts.
Your controls
Delete any document, conversation or record; export everything from Settings; or delete your account permanently.
Demo accounts
Each demo visitor gets a separate temporary account with fictional data, deleted automatically after 24 hours. Please use fictional data while trying SOHAYOK.
